Celebrating 21 Years
In 2012, internationally renowned designer Caroline Castigliano will celebrate a phenomenal 21 years as a leading figure in luxury bridal wear.
Caroline Castigliano's commercial ambitions started in her late teens when she single-handedly ran a highly successful sportswear business in the US, with stockists including Macy's, Bloomingdales and Saks.
In 1991, she returned to the UK and set up her first bespoke bridal boutique in her home county of Surrey. A blueprint for her future success, she specialised in meticulously handcrafted, made to measure gowns using her signature style of a silhouette which is unquestionably feminine and effortlessly elegant.
Since then her business has gone from strength to strength, with six luxury bridal boutiques in the UK. The sought-after designer has also established a celebrity following, dressing countless stars for their weddings and red carpet events. Caroline lives in Esher, Surrey with her husband Chris Body and fourteen year old daughter Annabelle.
Caroline Castigliano says: "Over the past 21 years I've had the privilege of dressing thousands of women in the single most important gown they will ever own. It is enormously rewarding to transform a bride for her big day, so that she looks and feels more confident than she ever has before."
Caroline Castigliano's designs are now also stocked by a number of exclusive boutiques nationwide and throughout the world, including stockists in the USA, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Japan, Switzerland and Australia. Further international expansion is planned for 2012.
Caroline says: "We are so proud of our position at the forefront of the industry. 2012 is going to be a very exciting time - we will continue to expand the Caroline Castigliano brand on a worldwide basis and this will be our main focus for the year."
